Delete Your Amzyar Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Amzyar account and associated personal data.

Delete your account from inside the app (Recommended)

Step 1: Open the Amzyar app and sign in.

Step 2: Go to Profile / Account.

Step 3: Tap Delete Account.

Step 4: Confirm your request.

If you cannot access the app or do not see the Delete Account option, you can request account deletion by email.

Subject: Account Deletion Request – Amzyar

Please include:

Your full name

The email address or phone number associated with your account

A request to permanently delete your account

After verifying your identity, we will process your request.

Account information

Profile information

Learning progress and app-related data

Other personal information associated with your account

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained if required by applicable laws, fraud prevention, security purposes, or other legal obligations.

Examples include:

Financial or transaction records

Security and anti-fraud logs

Backup data until the normal backup retention period expires

Processing time

Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days after verification of your request.

Partial data deletion

At this time, partial deletion of account data is not supported.

To remove your personal information, you must request complete account deletion.
